CEO of Real Tamale United, Kassim Perez resigns

The CEO of ‘The Pride of the North’, Real Tamale United (R.T.U), Mr. Kassim Perez has resigned from his post at the Club.

A statement released as sighted on social media can confirm that Mr. Perez has on today, August 29, 2022 tendered in his resignation letter to the board of executives of the Club.

As he spelled out on his resumption of office as the Chief Executive Officer of the Club about a year ago, It was his first dream to lead the club in his first year to absorb the pressures and turbulence of the Ghana Premier League and to continue in it.

Secondly, he assured the board of enhancing the performance of the club to secure a position within the first eight teams on the league table within his second year in office and lastly to accelerate the club’s performance to be among the top four clubs on the league table.

However, Kassim Perez claims to realized his first objective though there was no concrete budget set aside for him.

He noted his intention to develop the club by adopting some of the best global standard procedures of football administration but was challenged by the apprehensive attitudes of some of the board members of the club.

His resignation takes effect on Monday, September 5, 2022, this he said will allow him to properly hand over all documents and properties of the Club to the board.
